My name is Manpreet Kaur, and I am the founder and licensed provider at LifeLine Adult Family Home. I didn't begin my career as a nurse — I began it as a caregiver, at the bedside, helping elders through the everyday moments that matter most. Those years taught me what good care really looks like: patience, presence, and treating every person like your own family.
That experience inspired me to go back to school and become a registered nurse. LifeLine brings both halves of my journey together — the clinical training of an RN and the heart of a caregiver — in a real home where every resident is known, respected, and cared for with dignity.
Here, caregiving isn't shift work. It's a relationship. We know every resident's story, their routines, their favorite meals, and the little things that make their day.
